Country Hub

Europe

Pan-European coordination across all participating countries. Turning introductions into real support, collaboration, and opportunity.

Kurdish students and communities across Europe

Europe hosts large Kurdish diaspora communities, especially in Germany, France, the Benelux countries, Scandinavia, and the United Kingdom, shaped by decades of labour migration and asylum from Türkiye, Iraq, Iran, and Syria. Student mobility within the EU and UK, language learning, and professional qualification recognition are everyday concerns.

Eurostat and national statistical offices track migrant populations primarily by citizenship and country of birth, not a single \"Kurdish\" label, so comparisons rely on those official frameworks plus community organizations and academic research.

This pan-European hub complements country-specific chapters (accessible via national subdomains) by linking research collaboration, civic dialogue, and cross-border student solidarity.
